Alden Management Group is very active in expert witness consulting and testimony for law firms specializing in litigation. The majority of this work is performed by Andrew R. Zimbaldi, Alden’s President.

Areas in which Mr. Zimbaldi has provided such services include, but are not necessarily limited to, all aspects of property management, real estate brokerage, real estate development, leasing, standards of care, and homeowners association issues. He has also provided consulting and testimony on construction defects, zoning and entitlement, development and construction supervision, and numerous other real estate matters.

Mr. Zimbaldi has an extensive transaction background in most property types. His testimony practice is balanced between both plaintiff and defense.

Mr. Zimbaldi is active in numerous real estate organizations: Urban Land Institute, Founding Director of California Receivers Forum, Founding Director of Southern California Chapter of National Association of Office and Industrial Parks, Institute of Real Estate Management, Association of Business Trial Lawyers, local Board of Realtors, Turnaround Management Association, and the California Bankruptcy Forum. He is the former moderator of the radio show “National Real Estate Roundtable”.

Mr. Zimbaldi has both a BA and a MBA from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
