RECEIVERSHIP SERVICES

Alden Management Group has been providing receivership services since 1991. We have served in the United States Federal Court, and, in that capacity, have also worked with courts in Norway and Japan; as well as the federal Bankruptcy Court.

Additionally, we do extensive work in the various Superior Courts throughout the State of California. Our receivership work ranges from real estate related activities as well as a wide array of operating business of various types. Receivership work is done under the administration of Alden’s President, Andrew R. Zimbaldi.

• Mr. Zimbaldi is a MBA Graduate of the University of Southern California School of Business Administration.
• Mr. Zimbaldi is a member of the Southern California Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, a professional organization concerned with corporate and business reorganization, crisis management, and bankruptcy emergence.

• Mr. Zimbaldi is a Founding Director of the California Receivers Forum, a professional organization dedicated to the enhancement and education of the overall receivership community in Southern California.
• Mr. Zimbaldi is a member of the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum and the California Bankruptcy Forum.
• Mr. Zimbaldi is an Associate Member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is the President of Alden Management Group, a real estate management firm active throughout Southern California.
