Alden Management Group provides tenant representation services to a wide array of corporations throughout the United States.

Alden’s approach to this work is unique. We do not view tenant representation as solely a real estate brokerage function. Rather, we believe it is important to totally understand the client’s business and the function each headquarters and branch location must serve.

We then do a detailed analysis of the specific requirement focusing on building size, type, geographic location, configuration, access routes, customer locations, and many other critical determinants that will make a facility more efficient. We also work with clients on office and warehouse design and layout, racking, distribution, retail presence, and a host of other factors.
